Three tech start-ups are currently working together in our shared office on a total of 1,000 square meters spread over four floors.

The third floor is now also open to other teams, so that individual spaces (from 2) or an entire area (up to 12) can be rented from us. You pay an all-inclusive price and don't have to worry about anything else (e.g. heating, electricity, office cleaning, internet). The space is also fully equipped (tables, monitors, etc.) and fully air-conditioned for the coming summer.

There are two meeting rooms on the third floor, which can be used flexibly and do not need to be rented separately. There is also a communal area of 200 square meters in the basement, which can be used for lunches, team events or events such as meet-ups. In addition, we also have a huge garden area with a chill-out corner, optional beer tent sets and a beautiful gas barbecue, which are particularly enjoyable in summer.

The property is located in a rear building and is therefore very quiet overall. The modern and flexible working environment is ideal for start-ups, teams or freelancers who want to work in a dynamic atmosphere.
